MyKanga - FAQs

 1.  Can I custom order a MyKanga sleeping bag?

Certainly!   The sky's the limit on themes, colours and sizes;  we will try our best to accommodate any and all requests.  Each MyKanga Sleeping Bag is essentially a custom sleeping bag, so changing the themes, colours or dimensions is not a problem.  Pricing will be subject to fabric costs, and/or sizing.  We require a 50% deposit upon order and the final payment prior to shipping.

Note - The price for some licensed material is at a premium; such a NHL, NFL, CFL, NBA or MLB teams, Disney or Marvel.

 2.  Can I pick up my MyKanga order from you?

If you live in Thunder Bay, then yes we can arrange that easily.  Please contact us to make arrangements.

 3.  For shipping outside of Canada, what are my options?

We will find the lowest cost shipping for you and only charge you that cost.  Within Canada, shipping is free.

4.  Can I buy a gift card?

Yes.  They are available in $25, $50, $100, $150 and $200 denominations.  You'll find them in the product listing and you simply add one or more of them to your cart and follow our standard checkout process.  It is easy and fast.  And 100% powered by Shopify so you can trust that your purchase will be honoured.
